These are the Terms & Conditions for Wixi Candles. Placing an order with us simply means that you have read and accepted our Terms & Conditions, these terms do not supersede your rights under the Sale of Goods Act.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Use of Website
By using our website you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. Wixi Candles reserves the right to amend or vary these Terms & Conditions at any time and without notice to the Customer and the Customer’s continued use of the website and/or ordering a Product from the website shall be deemed to be acceptance of such change.
Wixi Candles may vary any item or part of the website, including policies, terms and products. New items may be added. Retail prices may be changed without notice at any time.
Should you choose to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to check your order and correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order, the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately.
- We may refuse to accept an order:
1. Where goods are not available
2. Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
3. If there has been a pricing or product description error
4. If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our Terms & Conditions
Please contact us on email@example.com if you have any problems with your order. Customers may return an order within 7 days of receiving the Product.
The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition with any tags still attached. Once we have received your returns request we will issue you a returns number. From the date we issue a returns number the customer then has a further 7 days to return the goods to us for a refund.
We do not refund postage. For your own protection we advise you to return your items via an insured method of delivery which requires a signature. Upon receiving the returned item/items we will process the refund within 48 hours.
No Guarantees and Limitation of Liability
Whilst we at Wixi Candles are confident that the content on the Website is accurate, the quality of the Product and the satisfaction that the Customer will have, we do not guarantee that any Product is either in stock or be fit for any particular purpose. The colour of the Product or the exact design will vary per item.
The Customer acknowledges that Product is being ordered online and on the basis of viewing a picture of the Product on the Website. All photos and descriptions including specifications and advertising on the Website are issued and published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea for Product described.
In particular, other than return of Product under the Returns Policy in these Terms, Wixi Candles shall not be liable for any delays, damage during transit or any direct or indirect damages, loss, costs or any other expenses as a result of the Customer making an order for Product.
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations.
We respect your privacy and will treat all information as confidential.
When you shop on the Wixi Candles website, we will ask you to enter data such as your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information or special instructions to service your order. Please note that we will not pass on your details to third party organisations and that your personal details are held securely and in strict confidence.
We only use your information for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the Services;
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalised service-related notices and promotional messages;
